Wesley Daniel Eldridge

Wesley Daniel Eldridge, age 98, of Branford, Connecticut, entered into eternal rest on November 22, 2021, with his loving family by his side. He was born on March 3, 1923, in New Haven, Connecticut, the son of the late Daniel and Henrietta (Reid) Eldridge.  He was the loving and devote husband of the late Beverly Eldridge for 67 years. He leaves behind to cherish his memories only daughter Judy (Darnell) Slaughter of New Haven. Leaves behind 3 grandchildren Maurice W. Perry, Terena B. Bell, Terry Bell Jr. Also 2 great grandchildren Montajah Beard and Kymire Wright. Predeceased by one brother Kenneth Eldridge and one sister Mae Eldridge. He worked and retired from Quality Pluming for years. Wesley loved sports, gardening, and most of all he loved his family.

A Celebration of Wesley’s life will be held on Friday December 3, 2021 at Colonial Funeral Home, 86 Circular Avenue, at 11am. Viewing will be in Colonial from 10-11am. Burial will follow at Hamden Plains Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed at colonialfunerals.com.
