William Arthur Crenshaw

William Arthur Crenshaw passed away on June 24, 2023, at his home in Waterbury, CT at the age of 80. He was born on August 5, 1942 in Parkersburg, North Carolina to Wesley and Gertrude Crenshaw. He is survived by spouse Sherri Crenshaw of 50 years. He leaves to mourn two daughters Sheila Rolack of MD and Adrianne Tyler of CT. One son William Crenshaw, Jr. of CT. Predeceased by sisters Marion, Elizabeth, Geneva, Julia, Crenshaw and Mildred Laney. Brothers Charles, David, and Franklin Crenshaw. He leaves behind a host of grandchildren, 1 great-grandson, nieces, nephews, a special cousin Mable Mason and friends. He loved his family, cooking, playing cards and hosting family barbecues.

A celebration of William’s life will be held on Friday July 7, 2023 at 11am at Zion Baptist Church, Waterbury, CT. Viewing in Church from 10-11am. Interment to follow at New Pine Grove Cemetery.
