William Richard Mcclease

William Richard McClease passed away on August 29, 2025. He was born on July 10, 1933 in Riverdale, North Carolina a community in Craven County to the late Benjamin McClease Sr., and Louise Henderson McCleese. He leaves to cherish his memory son Edward A Lilly and partner Annette Lilly. He is predeceased by siblings Robert Lee, McLeese, James, Edward, Benjamin, McClease Jr., and Mary Ann Fisher. Also survived by great nieces and nephews, Britney Fisher, Ashley Fisher, and Jeffrey Fisher, and great great nieces and nephews, and cousins living in Eastern, North Carolina. William graduated from West Street high school, new Bern, North Carolina and served in the US Army. His home church was Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, Graven Co, North Carolina.
